How to purchase tickets?
Use the search options to find a day, and choose your arrival time. Add the number of tickets and click BUY NOW. In your cart, complete the ticket holder details, read the safety notice and event rules, and proceed to payment.
On the payment page, confirm credit card holder details, enter your card details, click pay... and that's it 😊

What are the timeslots?

The timeslots are only for arrival times. Once you are at the event you can stay until closing time.
What Are Digital Tickets?
Your Heebie-Jeebies tickets are digital. You will be emailed a link to your ticket. You can access your ticket from the link on your phone or computer, and in the cart on this website (www.heebie-jeebies.shop). To gain admission to the event you must show the ticket QR code on your phone, or print the ticket QR code at home and bring it to the event.
The QR code is your unique confirmation number. They will scan the QR code and exchange it for your wrist bands when you arrive. Please arrive at the time on your ticket. For groups please check-in together. Once you are inside you can stay until closing. Please note:
- This ticket is valid for single entry only.
- DO NOT share this link with anyone. Unauthorized copies will be denied entry.
- No refunds or replacements for lost/shared tickets.
- Entry is subject to venue rules and security checks.

Things to know before purchasing tickets
Before proceeding to pay for your tickets, you must first:
1. Fill in details for all the ticket holders, including address. This is required for fire safety, security, and ID checks.
2. Read and acknowledged the safety notice and event rules. The primary ticket holder is responsible to ensure their group understands the rules.
3. Be the authorized holder of a valid Canadian Credit/Debit card, Google or Apple pay account.
We do not sell "scaredy cat" or chaperone passes any more, you need a ticket to get in. If you do not want to go inside you can wait at / in your car in the parking lot without purchasing a ticket.

Tickets are non-transferrable. Change fees will apply. There are no refunds.
